Delivery & Returns
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days from Aberdeenshire UK via Royal Mail. During busy periods, and for bespoke orders, it may take longer to process your order.
Please note you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment if these apply.
Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 28 days. Though it is highly unlikely for deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
